From programming to handover
01 / The initial task
The customer provided the technical specification, circuit diagrams and a description of the line function. Based on this, the control system, visualization and logic for automatic transport of chipboard packages were developed.
02 / My scope of work
Complete PLC program development in TIA Portal
Creation of the Siemens 7” HMI interface
Setup of PROFINET and signal exchange with a third-party system
Support with electrical installation and cable routing on site
Connection of motors and checking of actuators
Commissioning of all operating modes
Optimization of program and HMI according to customer requirements
Preparation of a complete operating manual

Project feedback
